ARES develops assembly equipment, workstations, tooling, jigs and fixtures around the operation being performed. The starting point is how components are located, handled, assembled or checked within the production process.

01 / SERVICE SCOPE
Build the equipment around the task.
Our capability profile includes workstations, customized handling and jigs and fixtures under factory integration. The portfolio includes assembly stations and inspection tooling. Requirements are reviewed against the actual components and operating environment rather than inferred from a photograph alone.
01
Assembly workstations and equipment
Describe the assembly sequence, component presentation and operator access. Include product variants and any connection to other workstations. These details establish what the station needs to hold, move or present during each operation.
02
Jigs, fixtures and inspection tooling
Provide component drawings, samples where available, locating features and the checks to be performed. The required support and access need to be considered alongside the mating parts and the intended inspection or assembly method.
03
Handling and line connections
Discuss loading, unloading, lift assistance and transfer interfaces where the station forms part of a wider production line. Include available utilities and any control sequence that must coordinate with neighbouring equipment.
Practical information for planning your assembly equipment, jigs & fixtures enquiry.
What information is needed for a jig or fixture enquiry?
Provide the component drawing or sample, its function, locating features, relevant dimensions and the operation or check the fixture must support. Include access needs and product variants so the requirement can be reviewed before design work is agreed.
Can the brief include a workstation and its line interfaces?
Yes. Workstations, assembly equipment, customized handling and jigs and fixtures are included in ARES's factory integration scope. Describe the complete handover to upstream and downstream operations.
04 / START A CONVERSATION
Show us the component and the operation.
Send component drawings or photographs, the assembly or inspection sequence, product variants and the required locating or support points. Include workstation space, operator access and the intended acceptance checks. Material and dimensional requirements should be confirmed in the project scope.
Mechanical design and machining support tooling work. Factory integration connects the equipment to the line, while automation covers any programmed operating sequence.
