Mechanical engineering
Bring the movement, structure and equipment layout into one practical design. Discuss the load, dimensions, operating sequence and installation constraints so the mechanical solution fits the intended application.

From a single machined part to a purpose-built machine structure, ARES brings mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and fabrication together around your production requirements.
DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
01 / SERVICE SCOPE
Based in Puchong, Selangor, we work on industrial projects in Malaysia. The starting point is the job the equipment needs to do: its operating environment, interfaces, available space and the people who will use and maintain it.
Bring the movement, structure and equipment layout into one practical design. Discuss the load, dimensions, operating sequence and installation constraints so the mechanical solution fits the intended application.
Coordinate electrical requirements with the machine and its operating sequence. Share the available supply, existing equipment information and control interfaces to establish the electrical scope alongside the mechanical work.
Develop fabricated structures and components around the required geometry and site conditions. Drawings, material requirements, mounting points and access for installation help define a fabrication brief that can be assessed.
Discuss new or replacement parts using drawings, samples and dimensional requirements. Identify the part's function, material and mating components so the machining requirement is clear before work is agreed.
02 / FIELD WORK
03 / START A CONVERSATION
Send available drawings or photographs, key dimensions, material requirements, quantities and the project location. If the design also needs machine controls or production-line connections, include those interfaces in the brief.
