Production-line integration
Bring individual machines and workstations into a coordinated sequence. Review the current line layout, production steps and equipment interfaces to define how each stage should connect with the next.

A production line depends on the handover between machines as much as the machines themselves. ARES provides factory integration for production lines, transfer systems and assembly equipment.
DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
01 / SERVICE SCOPE
From our base in Puchong, Selangor, we work with industrial project requirements in Malaysia. We consider how products move through the operation, where equipment connects and what needs to happen before the next stage can begin.
Bring individual machines and workstations into a coordinated sequence. Review the current line layout, production steps and equipment interfaces to define how each stage should connect with the next.
Plan movement between production stages around the product and available space. Product dimensions, weight, transfer height and the required handover sequence help establish the transfer-system requirement.
Define equipment around the assembly task, component handling and workstation arrangement. Share the assembly sequence and product information so equipment requirements can be reviewed in the context of the wider line.
Review the flow of work and the dependencies between stages. Identify the current bottleneck, manual handover or coordination problem, then define the process changes that the integration project needs to support.
Include safety requirements and quality checkpoints in the integration brief. Discuss guarding, operator access, machine interfaces and acceptance criteria during scoping, alongside the site's applicable requirements.

03 / START A CONVERSATION
Share a line layout or site photographs, product dimensions, the equipment involved and the current production sequence. Include the desired change, available floor space and installation window so the interfaces and site constraints can be reviewed.
