01 / SERVICE SCOPE

Extend the working life of your equipment.

Based in Puchong, Selangor, we assess service and modification requirements for industrial projects in Malaysia. The equipment's present condition, intended duty and available downtime help determine an appropriate scope rather than assuming every asset needs to be replaced.

01

Machine retrofits

Adapt existing equipment to a revised operating requirement. Describe the current limitation, the changes required and any mechanical or control-system interfaces so retrofit options can be assessed against the existing machine.

02

Machine relocation

Scope a machine move around the equipment, site access and new installation location. Existing drawings, dimensions, utility connections and the proposed layout help establish what must be coordinated for the relocation.

03

Service & maintenance

Discuss equipment condition, operating symptoms and maintenance needs. Machine identification, photographs, service history and a description of the issue help the team assess the work and the information needed for a site review.

04

Replacement parts

Identify the component that needs to be replaced and how it fits the equipment. Part numbers, drawings, material information, dimensions or a sample help clarify the requirement and avoid relying on appearance alone.

05

Parts sourcing

Share the available part identification and technical specification for sourcing enquiries. Confirm the required quantity and application, including any compatibility constraints. Availability and suitability are assessed for the specific enquiry.
